Device On Demand is a rental platform that allows you to rent electronic devices for a flexible monthly tenure.

2. What kind of devices can I rent?

You can rent smartphones, laptops, tablets, cameras, gaming consoles, and more.

3. Who can rent from DOD?

Anyone above 18 years old with a valid ID and address proof can rent from us.

4. Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a refundable security deposit may apply depending on the device. It will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

5. Do you provide doorstep delivery?

Yes, we offer doorstep delivery and pickup for all rentals.

6. Can I extend my rental period?

Absolutely. You can extend your rental from your dashboard before the due date.

7. What if the device gets damaged?

Minor wear is acceptable. For damages, charges will apply as per our damage policy. We also offer optional damage protection plans.

8. What documents are required for renting?

A government-issued ID and address proof are required. Businesses may need to submit additional documentation.

9. Do you offer rentals for businesses or events?

Yes, we cater to bulk rentals for offices, shoots, exhibitions, and other business needs.
